Description
SM-310 is a dry powder, pre-blended mortar mixture formulated for superior bond and workability for the application of CMU, brick, and stone where high mortar workability and board life are necessary for a strong bond.
Application
Ensure surface is dry, clean and free of frost. If applying over lath, make sure lath is securely fastened with no bulges, replace all dented lath. Avoid application of irregular, out of plane surfaces. Follow mixing instructions exactly as they appear on the bag, do not prepare more than can be applied within 2 hours. If mixture hardens, add potable water and remix. Apply using trowel (or approved pumping system), screed flat and scratch horizontally using a scarifier.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry area above ground. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures surpassing 100°F (38°C)
